Emma is a true Tennessean Born and raised in Knoxville, TN; she currently fulfills the operations coordinator position for the Ephant group!

Joining the workforce early, Emma has continuously proven her dedication, responsibility, and drive for success. Her journey at Ephant group began managing the Tru by Hilton Alcoa. With a passion for people and a heart for hospitality, Emma quickly elevated within the company. Her work ethic is not limited to the professional field. Emma received numerous academic honors in school and participated in highly demanding extracurricular activities. She is a full-time student earning her associate degree in business management at PSTCC and plans to further her education at the University of Tennessee.
