Jared Malone began his real estate investment and development career in 2002, shortly after finishing his service in the US Navy.

Relocating to east TN in 2005, Jared has spearheaded multiple real estate investment ventures, including single-family subdivisions, apartments, commercial properties, storage, and billboards. He is a founding member and acting secretary of Spectrum Management Group inc, which currently owns and/or manages over 200 million in assets.

Jared was delighted to join the Ephant group in 2021 as President. & Managing Principal He believes through sound development practices and strategic investor partnerships, he can help further the vision of making the Knoxville market an elite destination.

Jared is an avid golfer, a football fan, and a private pilot. He is happiest with his wife, Teresa raising their three children. When not working to develop the East Tennessee market, you can most likely find him on his pontoon boat or flying his Piper Saratoga.
